Copy of a Letter from Major DELANCY D.A. Genl. to Governor FRANKLIN, dated the 16th of Novr. 1780


The Commanding Engineer having reported that the Refugee Post at Bergen Point is not tenable in its present Situation.

His Excellency the Commander in Chief has ordered me to give you this information least any Accident should happen.
