I learn that neither Colonels COLE or WIGHTMAN have had Success in Recruiting their Corps, particularly the former, whose Warrant I desire may be recalled, and such Authorities as he may have given to others in consequence.

Col. WIGHTMAN and the men he has raised are entirely submitted to your Disposal.
