Being very sensible of his unhappy Situation, & the Distressed feelings of his Family, as also the Wasting Condition of his Intrest, And that the whole of these Calamities are come upon him for his Loyalty and his Forwardness & Assiduity in Governments Service which Considerations Induce us humbly to pray your Excellency to think of his unhappy Situation, and if possible you can, Consistantly, Direct some mthod whereby he may be restored to his Family, his Friends, & this County; that he may, is the Earnest Prayer of yr Excellencys most Obt.
