Those prisoners Delivered to me by order of Capt. DINGEE.

Crimes Confest by the above Prisoners before Joseph BIRDSALL Lieut. of the militia as follows-

Peter NOSTRANT a Deserter from the 3rd Battn. [DeLancey’s] Confest that he was on the Island Sumer befor Last, and was at Jericho at his Uncil Peter NOSTRANT but sayes he did [torn] see anebody Cept his Uncil Peter NOSTRAN [torn] with provision and the Rest Confesses of Robing a Store at Saith Hole belonging to one garner on the 15th of this Instant the value of 2 hundred pounds.
