Sir

You are hereby required to take under your Command & join to your Regiment of Militia, the Inhabitants of the Parishes of St. Georges, St. James's, Goose Creek, and St. Andrews including James's Island and you are to take charge of the Militia of said Parishes and discipline them according to the Instructions I have already given you.
