Jacob PURDY-  alias HAINES – Born at MareNeck – 21 years of Age – 5 feet 10 nches High, a full Face – dark Complexion.

Thomas FEATHERBY-  Born at Merritick – 5 feet 10 Inches High – thin Vissage – dark Complexion.

Gillard MILLS-  Born in New England – 5 feet 8 Inches High full Face – Short Red hair – living at John HALLABY’s Middle Island near Coran.

Benjn. FOWLER-  alias OACKLEY – Born on Cortlandt’s Manor 5 feet 7 Inches high – dark Complexion – resorts at Blue Point.

[Note: Jacob PURDY and Gillard MILLS both deserted from the Queen’s Rangers while on Long Island in September of 1779.]
