Before John BEDDELL Esqr. One of his Majestys Justices of Peace Richmond County Staten Island N: America.

Personally appeared James SHARP, Jacob BURRY, Abraham BROWNE, Solomon PARENT, Willm. WASHBURN, and Lot PATTERSON-

who being each duly Sworn on the Evangelists of Almighty God- deposeth and sayeth that they were Private Soldiers in the Queens Rangers when that Corps was Commanded by Lieut. Colo. ROGERS-

that they belonged to Captn. EAGLES’s Company-

that said EAGLES never did pay to any of them the Kings Bounty of 40/ Shillings Sterling which was at that time allowed to every Man who Voluntarily enlisted into said Regiment-
