Prohibition

ALL Publicans and Inhabitants in general are forbid selling any spirituous liquors to the soldiers of the King's American Regiment, or crediting them beyond one third of their daily subsistence, as the Commanding Officer will pay no debts of their contracting exceeding that sum.
