Head Quarters Quebec 6th Augt. 1781

A General Court Martial to sit at Sorel on the 14th Instant, for the Trials of

Ensign PRINGLE 84th Regt. put under Arrest by Major HARRIS, For making use of improper language to Lieut. SMITH same Regt. and striking him in the Execution of his duty.

Ensign Neal McLEAN put under Arrest by Major HARRIS for making use of improper language to Lieut. SMITH same Regiment in the execution of his duty.

Also for the Trial of Daml. GRAHAM (or GRIMES) Capt. ST. CLAIRS, and Wm. WAY, Capt. Alexr. FRASERs Compy. 84th Regt. confined by Major HARRIS on Suspicion of an intention to desert, holding a Correspondence with a Rebel Prisoner, and receiving from him a route for New England; and other papers supposed to contain intelligence for the Enemy.

Likewise for the Trial of all other Prisoners who may be brought before them.
