Germain's Letter

[Extract of a letter from Lord G. GERMAIN dated 19 January 1780]

Your Recommendation of the three Corps commanded by Lt. Coll. SIMCOE, Lt. Colonel TURNBULL & Colonel Lord RAWDON Entitles them to the Establishment held out in my letter to you of the 23 January 1779 & his Majesty approves of your allowing the Officer of permanent Rank in America, & being recommended to Parliament for half Pay when reduced.
