Savannah In Georgia July the first One thousand seven hundred 81.

These are to Certify to my certain Knowledge that the Bearer by Name Thomas WILLIAMS and his Wife hannah are both free born Blacks, but are Gone from tibe [sic--Tybee] to Savannah, got Cast away, but lost every thing they had, Likewise there free pass which I saw them with before.
